and a utility room with washer and dryer. The lighted atrium has a gentle madonna fountain which blesses the dining area.
There is a second open atrium.
Second Floor:
The second floor has two master bedrooms, two bathrooms and second living area. It also has a wonderful patio which faces
the communal garden. One of the bedrooms has an extra sleeping area, perfect for a child or extra adult who will share
the master bath.
The house has wireless internet, cable and a vonage phone system allowing you to receive and make calls to the United States
and Canada at no charge. There is air conditioning on the second floor living area which is seldom needed. This is is a gated
community with a park in the front and where your vehicle will be safe. Return taxis are about $2

The home is in San Miguel De Allende, Mexico, between down town and the General Hospital . It is in a quiet, secure, gated
community, with off street parking. Home is 10 minutes walk down to the Centro and the cab ride back is about $2. It
is a five minute walk to Jardin Botanico, Cante.
